FlashVerify is an online service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Lagos, Nigeria. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What we collect
When you use FlashVerify, we may collect:
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and country.
- Login security: a hashed password and a hashed security answer. We never store these in plain text.
- Transactions: deposits, purchases, refunds, and account balances.
- Service usage: which SMS numbers or social boosts you have ordered and their status.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and general device information.
- Bank details (optional): if you save a Nigerian bank account for refunds.
SMS codes
SMS verification codes you receive through FlashVerify are shown once and not stored on our servers. Once you have viewed a code, it is cleared. Only the fact that an order was made, its price, and its status remain on your account.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Create and secure your account.
- Process deposits, purchases, and refunds.
- Deliver the services you request (for example, pass your order to our suppliers).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and multiple-account abuse of the bonus and referral system.
- Respond to support requests.
- Meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our suppliers (such as SMS Bower and Nitro.ng) — enough information to fulfil the service you ordered.
- Payment providers and banks — to process deposits.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — so we can operate the site.
- Legal authorities — when required by Nigerian law or a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure, to comply with accounting and legal requirements. Transaction records may be kept longer for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any information that is wrong.
- Delete your account and personal data (subject to legal requirements).
- Stop sending you non-essential messages.

Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including hashed passwords and HTTPS encryption on the site. No online service can promise 100% security, but we work to keep your information safe.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember simple preferences (like your chosen theme). We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
FlashVerify is not for users under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close their account and delete their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change whenever we do.
