Who we are

FlashVerify is an online service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide virtual phone numbers for SMS verification and social media engagement services.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, buying any service, or using any part of FlashVerify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlashVerify. By using our services you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and login details safe.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals is not allowed.
You may not share your account with others.
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms.

Our services

FlashVerify provides two main services:

SMS verification: temporary virtual phone numbers from supported countries for receiving one-time SMS codes.
Social media boosts: follower, like, view, and engagement services for supported platforms, delivered through third-party providers.

Services are delivered through third-party suppliers (including but not limited to SMS Bower and Nitro.ng). We act as a reseller. Delivery times and availability depend on the supplier and may vary.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦).
You must fund your FlashVerify account before buying any service.
Deposits are confirmed manually. Once approved, funds are added to your account balance.
We may change prices at any time. Prices at the moment of purchase apply.

Welcome bonus and referrals

New accounts receive a ₦1,000 welcome bonus. This bonus is credited as a locked bonus balance and only becomes available to spend after the user makes a first deposit of ₦2,000 or more.

Users earn ₦500 per successful referral. A referral is considered successful only when the referred user signs up using a valid referral link, completes their first qualifying deposit, and does not share the same IP address or device as the referrer.

Abuse is not tolerated. Creating fake accounts, referring yourself, or using the referral system fraudulently will result in your account being closed and any bonus or referral earnings being cancelled.

Refunds

Refund terms are set out in detail on our Refund Policy page. In summary:

SMS verification orders that do not receive a code within the stated window are automatically refunded.
Social boost orders are refundable in specific cases where the third-party provider fails to deliver.
Deposits are not refundable once they have been used to purchase services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlashVerify to:

Break any law in Nigeria or in your own country.
Verify accounts on platforms that prohibit virtual numbers, in a way that breaks their rules.
Commit fraud, impersonate others, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
Launder money or finance illegal activity.
Harass, threaten, or harm anyone.

You alone are responsible for how you use any number or service we provide. If a platform bans your account for any reason, that is a matter between you and that platform. FlashVerify is not liable.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove services at any time. We may also suspend the site for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (for example, downtime at our suppliers or hosting provider).

We try to keep the site online and services working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

FlashVerify is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by Nigerian law, FlashVerify and its operator are not liable for:

Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity.
Bans, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
Delays or failures caused by our suppliers, banks, or internet service providers.
Any indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of FlashVerify after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to FlashVerify will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
